Are you using the patch? Gum? Or cold turkey?

 Yikes. That's tough. Best think is to keep some candies with you or something. Make a list of all the reasons why you are quitting, and revisit the list when you get 'the urge'. The cravings get shorter and shorter. As far as I know from experience and talking to others, the cravings never go away completely, but they get easier and easier to deal with.

:lalala: I'd use the Five Finger Exploding heart move, if you were able to catch me.

Seriously BG, good for you on quitting. That's great and I'm very proud of you! :cheer:

    I quit 4 1/2 years ago............here is my suggestions.

First I used Wellbrutin (sp) the anti-depress on my doctor's recommendation and it helped a lot.

Another hint someone else told me that helped was to take a reg. size drinking straw like you'd get at McDonald's. Cut it to the length of one of your cigarettes.........holding it in your hand helps a lot. You can do it when your driving etc. - just like when you'd smoke. Sounds silly........but it helped me. Having something in my hand calmed me some.

Stay busy.....and try to keep yourself in places and situations where you can't smoke.

Avoid coffee and any other trigger food.

Any time the urge gets real bad smack Playa across the face - it will help.
