Dwayne Jarrett busted for DWI

How the hell is he a bust? rookie wideouts rarely contribute, Thelt, and replacing him with another rookie as you suggested in another post just puts us back to square one.

Sure, its too early to classify him a bust yet. So far he is, but so far is only one year.

Like I said...I dont care either way. But of course he wont be cut...of course. But...all he is NOW...is a kid who couldnt crack the starting line up, who couldnt suit up half the time, who got a DUI.

Im not putting any faith in the dumbass. I never said I wanted to hang him, like so many are saying, because its easier to deal in black and white, and exaggerations to make your points...Im just saying I think hes a dumbass, and Im angry with him, and I dont CARE if they cut him.

he may be dumb or young or whatever, but he only got acouple passes his way. he has a huge upside and the dude can catch if he can get his shit toghter he can do great things.

Either way.....where I solidly stand is this.....he fucked up, I dont grant him a pass because of his age, I dont care if he gets cut, which he wont, and I dont respect him right now. Hes got tons of work to do, and I dont have a bit of faith that he will ever catch more than 30-50 balls a season, and I dont think the kid gets it, or gives a shit.

If Im wrong, which I was here, when I said I never said that...Ill take my medicine, as I always have. Which is more than I can say for most. But I doubt I will be.

k. colbert caught like 40 balls and everyone was on his jock. so if jarrett caught 40-50 balls this i would be happy.and hopefully he wont forget how to play football the next year.

 

he's old enough to know better... today's 21 is way ahead and he's got friends & an agent, so he's heard it before now... plus the awareness level the NFL puts on these rookies leaves him without an excuse...
