I guess they are out of the McFadden sweepstakes. If Ryan slips to them they will be all over him

nope. We need a first round pick there. And about five other places.

If we do anything except OT in round 1, I'm kicking the Hurfox's ass!, if we go DE it will be a light beating, but a beating none the less!

to a point it makes sense, try out the 1st and see if there's an impact end or OT there, and make the choice - if it's an end, you can draft an OT (or a guard really) in 2, but it's risky. And, OT makes by far the most sense.

There might be some interesting rush end types that can be situational in the 2nd, but to be honest, the first round guys we really liked from 2007 blew in their rookie years.

So, while you have to balance the idea of spending $8 mil guaranteed on a rush specialist or a first round pick, I just can't see a back anywhere in that top equation.

    Depends on which OT.......

And that's my point about backs. I think they're some good backs there, and since we cut our starter it doesn't seem unreasonable to take one there.

Same with DE, DT, and guard if there was a first round guard.

We've got enough needs that BPA is pretty broad.

I'm really not getting the push for an OT, any OT, in round one. If there's a hole on the team, its Defensive End right now.

Turner in the division makes our def line play even more important. I am having a bad feeling about trading Jenkins. Coleman hasn't signed yet has he?

I agree 100%, DE is by far a more glaring need. OG is more of a need than OT.

I agree. I don't see a need for a first round OT at all. Pick one up in 2 or 3 considering it's a deep class for them.
