Only Ellis or Dorsey could compete to be as effective as Jenkins next year, so not really.

Doesn't mean he has to write stupid shit. He made it sound like Jenkins was in a concentration camp for seven years.

Furthermore, I think it's only a matter of time before the New York media rips him a new asshole, whether it's for being overweight or for his offsides penalties. A place like Washington probably would have been better for him, where he wouldn't have to worry so much about expectations.

How about if Lewis is as effective and we add a quality player with that extra third round pick?

According to the value chart we could use the third round pick we got to move up the the #8 spot. That might be high enough to get Ellis....

According to the value menu, we could get a double cheeseburger for $1.

I can't find the actual number of the 5th round pick, so I'm assuming it's consistent with the 3rd round placement, making the picks #67 and #131. According to the draft pick value table, the combined value of those picks is equal to pick #62, which is the bottom of the second round.

That still doesn't seem enough to me for Jenks, but whatever.

Good point, but by doing that, basically we are possibly replacing Jenkins by using our first rounder if we decide to go that way.
