    Good idea with the potassium - I'd overlooked that. I might take an additional dose with my vitamin. WW - good thinking with the Indian Tonic Water and the quinine. I should have remembered that (I had to get some for my Mum last year because she suffered from them terribly).

    I feel like I'm on the verge of cramping quite a bit during the day. Yesterday, I did an advanced drivers course (cones, skidding, handbrake turns etc) and I cramped up during the second half of the day...it was bloody awful!

    I know you have been on a diet. Have you by any chance cut out salt from your diet? If you don't get enough, it can cause cramps.

    I don't really have any suggestions. But I did see a commercial for this and the medication they were recommending included 'increased gambling and sexual activity'..I could try and find out the name if'n you are interested?
