What about Madieu Williams from Cincy? He didn't have a great year but could be cheaper than Gibril Wilson or Euguene Wilson which is two common names that were thrown out here. He's had some injuries but is pretty solid in coverage.

I agree! Madieu Williams might be the best "free" safety available, which is what our defense needs!
Mike Doss would be a nice pick up as well!

What would be the asking price for Huff? I'd imagine that the Crypt Keeper isn't being realistic.

The 4th for Moss, as mentioned by Stratto seems to be the exception and it was due to the fact that Moss wasn't going to play there and probably become a huge distraction. Most of what I've read says that the Raiders usually ask for far too much in trades so I'd imagine they want a 1st or a 2nd for a player they clearly have no faith in- I'd give up our 3rd without hesitation, but this is mostly just daydreaming.

Huff makes a lot of money as a 6th overall pick two years into his deal, so I don't know that I'd go there simply for that reason.

He was active this year, with 11 PD and 85 tackles, but he could pick the ball more.
