    So, there is an event happening in Charlotte this year that could potentially require me to have a need for 40-70 workers for a week. As of this point, I have no experience in recruiting that kind of workforce and was wondering if anyone here could point me in a direction. This site seems to be pretty huge with a lot of good people. Thanks in advance. -Keith

    7 days-8 hours (could be evening hours)

    18+ for age. It's washing high end cars so there's some talent required but the method is simple.

    NOt gonna be 18 - but I had a business once where I handed out fliers out high school as it let out.

    :twocents:

    FWIW - High school kids are WAY better workers than college kids.

    The problem with younger kids is that some of these cars are $80k+. Owners aren't going to want kids washing their cars.

    I'd agree though that HS kids are better workers.

    I guess it's possible to use older high school kids. 16+. Insurance is another issue with age.
