    ESPNews reports the New Orleans Saints offered free-agent LB Zach Thomas (Dolphins) a contract Friday, Feb. 22. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

    he still possibly could. Thomas has an offer from New England as well. If the Patriots sign him, the Saints may use Morgan as their Plan B.

    Dan Morgan? Zach Thomas? They must think they get a tax credit for hiring a future concussion handicapper. Are they chasing Trent Green too?
