    FWIW, head coaches under contract almost never, ever leave for another job. I don't see Parcells being the type that's going to give up a top draft pick for a head coach. I don't see John Fox being the type coach that another team gives up draft picks for, and honestly I don't know that there's a coach out there I'd need that badly.

    Not really. If Parcells is cleaning house like everybody thinks he is (and has demonstrated with the firing of Cameron), that coach's roster of being "empty" is not surprising.

    interesting, in that a lot of these franchises don't cut everybody loose immediately.

    Then again it looks like the Ravens did it too (despite saying Ryan could be the head coach).

    I think mags was refering to the decision to keep Hoffman and Edwards as "interesting".

    Frank Gansz Jr could be an early candidate for ST coach, having been on staff with John Fox, Sal Sunseri, and ironically having coached Danny Crossman and alongside Scott O'Brien.
