    Agreed. But getting closer everyday.

    Also, Rice is a product of above average talent, hard work, and discipline. Moss is a freak of nature.

    In order to assume Jerry Rice's mantle, Moss has to be consistent over, say, at least five seasons. In order to do that, he has to adjust his attitude. Assume that sometime in the next five years the Patriots start to suck. Moss will have to overcome his propensity to dog it when he's not getting the ball.

    Good point. I'd like to see that also. Rice would continue to thrive in a situation like that.

    I've been rooting for Moss since he came out. His behavior at Oakland, though, lowered his stock.

    If I was Randy Moss, I would dislike playing with dumbasses like Kerry Collins and egomanics like Al Davis. It gets old after a season or two.

    Moss is a stud. He never had a Joe Montana or Steve Young. Until now.
