    Because, as I mentioned, teams are looking for a proven winner. I know Fox's popularity has dropped quite a bit, but he's still an NFC Champion coach, and he's still won more than he's lost with a team that was a laughing stock before he arrived.

    I've been listening to 790 the Zone out of Atlanta, and from what I've been hearing, Petrino was not easy to work with... Strange rules like no speaking during the team meal, no speaking on team flights... He was horrible to just about everyone in the organization, a real prick, to everyone from players to administrative staff... It was so bad that the players had to go to one of the assistant coaches to talk to him, I guess to stop them from beating Petrino's arse.

    Someone explain to me why this matters. If Fox is bad enough to fire, why do we care if someone else hires him?
