Struggling Panthers QB Carr demoted to 3rd string

Vinny threw for 169 yards and 2 interceptions against one of the league's worst defenses. Are you really so bitter towards me that you'll pretend that's good? Look, I never pretended that Carr was great, but when idiots like yourself were saying that he was responsible for the sacks or the reason our offense sucked, I said that you were wrong and explained why. I was proven correct about that, for the record. Still, it's amusing that people like you are so obsessed with me that I'm the first thing you want to talk about following the team's first home win in over a year.

 

Carr is worse than Weinke. Nuff said.

Are you retarded or something? I'm not saying that Carr is Joe Montana or that Testaverde is Chris Weinke. We haven't gotten good QB play out of either one this year, but as I've been saying all year long, when we win it's because we play good defense, solid special teams, and run the ball. When we lose, it's because we're playing poor defense, awful special teams, and can't run the ball. QB play isn't why we won the five games we did or the seven games we lost.

 

Guess when your qb plays games like this, it doesn't help you win either.

Vinny is a game manager, he knows how to play his role. Carr, not so much so...things just look completely out of wack when Carr is out there. Anyone else we seem to play better, not good but better none the less.

 

Carr sucks, but Vinny has thrown some head-scratching INTs. It's almost like seeing Jake back out there. I wouldn't call him a "game manager".
