The draft don't excite me, because we'd screw up the number 1 pick if we got it,,,,,,, or we'd sit him on the bench all next season...

There's still a quarter of the schedule left for that after this one. That's plenty of time. Anyhow, you want the people doing the evaluating gone so what's the value of their findings?

Who do you suggest we play, past starting Moore?

obviously i dont have all the answers, but this much is a fact, vinny wont be here next year, so starting him isnt doing anything for us going forward. while he is here, i think he would be a great mentor to Moore should Moore get some starts, so i think thats a great bonus of him being here.

another fact, 4 of the 5 remaining teams on our schedule are going to the playoffs, and the way the current players are playing, we dont stand a chance in those games.

some guys i think we should give starts to are: Moore, DeAngelo, Jarrett, Charles Johnson, maybe McGlover, maybe Kalil...if you can tell me why we should continue to start the guys we've been starting, i'm all ears, but they're getting blown out, blown out, even the Dolphins have lost a bunch of games by 3 points...

I'm okay with Moore, when the staff is okay. It's not fair to the guys who are playing hard to throw a guy in there who can't handle it if there's a better option.

As far as Kalil, maybe, but who sits? Bridges logically, considering the guilty finding but he sucked at guard and benching Hartwig will not only make it likely more difficult for Moore if he plays, it will also totally trash any value Hartwig may have in a deal this offseason.

If putting Johnson in makes you happy, fine. McGlover too, we're gonna need him in the future, but he has gotten time and hasn't done anything with it so far.

Jarrett, it's on him to prove he can play. So far he hasn't but giving him some plays wouldn't hurt. Again, if Moore is in don't you want the guys who will give him the best chance to succeed playing?

yeah, and like i said before, i dont have the answers, if i did, lets just say my career path might be a tad different...

but i think its going to be difficult for Moore to succeed, regardless of who plays because of the level of competition we'll be facing the remainder of the season. furthermore, if they wait until the last 2 games of the year to give him a start, a lot of players will have packed it in for the year, not giving him the ideal supporting cast...

We are not only losing right now we are getting killed. We are not even competitive. I honestly do not see how it could get much worse if we did throw in a bunch of young players. They might have a better shot at winning because the opposing team has not scouted them and will not be able to game plan.

How in the world can you expect Fox to think that way though? He's fighting for his job, but you expect him to give up on this season, set us up for next year, and then leave?

as 37 people have said in this thread, we are getting drilled, the team he is putting on the field each week is getting drilled, losing by an average of 16 points, what is it going to take for people to understand that? to put it out there plain and clear, the Miami Dolphins have better stats than us in most team offense and team defense categories...we are a few miracles away from having only 1-2 wins

my contention is, if you're going to get drilled, why not change it up and see what else you've got. or we can follow fox's regime, which is to send the same tired 11 out on each side of the ball and lose by 16, lets keep doing that instead, and evaluate the other players we have next year, when testaverde is gone...
