We probably would've taken Landry had he fallen to us, and rumors were we wanted Meriweather but the pats took him one before us.

I have a feeling Wright will be there in the 2nd round...and the seventh.

I'm as big a Deke Cooper fan as anyone- but if there isn't anyone who fills one of our other needs better I don't see why we shouldn't take Phillips.

I'm fine with drafting an OT but I don't wanna reach for one to fill the spot opposite Gross after we hand him 50 million. DE could be a problem but I think Rucker will come back for at least another year so that will be a problem next offseason- I'd be okay with a DE somewhere in rounds 2-3 but not in the first

Can't say we are thin at wideout without seeing more of Jarrett- first round seems high to me for a guy who we basically would be asking to work the slot, who are we- the Colts?

These are a lot of the same holes we had before last years draft and we can't tell- outside of MLB- if we have solved them yet.

Jarrett has shown nothing to make me think he will be the answer for us at #2 wide out.

Initial projections show value at OT spot in mid round one. Probably a good decision to take one and let either Wharton or Gross go.

He's had his problems to be sure but I wouldn't give up so quick.

We're probably gonna let Wharton go- if they're good value then take 'em- we also need to see who makes it to free agency.

maybe....but Ryan throws behind his recievers a lot and has trouble dropping the pass in over the LB's. Mix that with the fact that he holds onto the ball a loooooong time waiting for the recievers to get open and he make me nervious for a first round pick. I see the arm and the size, not to mention a habbit of making the big play...let me see him in the ACC Championship, bowl game, and senior bowl. Right now I feel like they are a lot alike since Wright will be there day 2.

There needs to be a dumbass rule ito effect making it no top 5 picks can change hands except within a month of the draft. New England ought to get the 2009 pick rather than next years. What did the Patriots trade to get that pick again?

Lots of time left. Only the SF game is truly winable.
