The Panthers were a top 10 rushing team before Sunday, but that doesn't mean we can run the ball when it matters. We couldn't get the running game going against Indy, either. Unlike you guys, though, we don't have a fuck it, just heave it to Randy Moss section in our playbook to bail us out.

By the way, Tom Brady had NE's longest run of the game. Don't pretend like you were able to run the ball last night.

Indy had the lead, and couldn't put them away.

NE is the best team in the NFL going right now. Scoring the way they did in the 4th tells me that they simply wear teams down.

yes, Indy was missing Harrison, their LT and 2 others, but that isn't NE's fault.

The Pats are scary good, but full marks to Indy for playing as well as they did for as long as they did. NE is just too much.

The Colts had a very good chance of winning that game. I don't agree that the Pats are just too much for the Colts. A play or two going a different way changes the outcome.

Wow. Finally brady has one season with some decent recievers and now it is all about just throwing it up in the air.

Sorry to burst your bubble, but Brady has to throw into double coverage every time he throws to Moss and he puts it in the perfect position almost every throw. That is because he is the most accurate passer in the game.

And please don't ever compare Carolina and NE again for any reason.

Don't have to pretend, they were able to run the ball last night and for the exact ypr as the colts. Indy only had 14 more rushing yards. NE acan run the ball any time they want on anyone in the league. Deal with it.

Bottom line is that NE went into Indy, played sub par, got some real bad calls against them and still walked out with a win. They didn't "steal" anything they are clearly the better team.

Take away 2 of the ridiculous PI calls and NE wins by 2 td's.

You're just a hater and everything you write smells like sour grapes.

Never said that, but do you really think Reche Caldwell would be hauling in those deep passes? You can't deny that Brady's numbers have been helped by a revamped WR corps, as well as playing a bunch of crappy teams.

I'm not shitting on Brady. He's a great QB and I'd love to have him.

    Not every time, no.

Again, he wasn't heaving those passes last year because he didn't have Randy Moss. I'm not suggesting that Brady isn't accurate. I'm just saying that he wouldn't be making those throws wo/ Moss.

They didn't. Rushing for 100 yards against Indy is nothing to hang your hat on. They'll give you that all day, just as long as they take away the deep pass, which they did for most of the game.

When your QB has the longest run of the night, unless it's Vince Young or Vick, that's generally not a good thing for an offense.

The Colts screwed themselves, too. They had three early redzone opportunities and only came away with six points, and that's extremely uncharacteristic of that offense. Indy really should have had a substantial lead early. They got some good fortune with Addai scoring on the screen and bad officiating, nonetheless, they had the game in hand and it took another Brady-to-Moss bomb to change the momentum.

And believe me, I still think NE is the best team in the league, but it's clear that Indy has a great formula for beating them.

Actually, I don't give much of a shit about either team. I'm just making remarks based on what I saw.

And you can't deny that he put up great numbers with no reciever talent. Fo years he turned a bunch of nobodys into stars and big free agents who do nothing once they leave Brady.

Manning, on, the other hand had had Harrison, Wayne, Stokely and Clark throughout his carreer and everyone gives him all the credit for the Colts success. Brady finally gets a couple weapons and guys like you want to give it up to his recievers. What a joke.

Do you even think before you write this stuff? Tell me this John Fox (original BTW), who has played a tougher schedule than the Patriots?

They have gone on the road to beat Dallas and Indy and have played SD and Washington and we're only half way through the season.

Of course they've played a couple crappy teams, it's impossible not to. After NE there are only 3 one loss teams in the league and the Patriots have beaten two of them, both on the road.

You're gonna have to do better homework.

I am impressed how Moss has kept his mouth shut and has really stepped up. Not all of Brady's passes have been perfect but he has laid out to catch them. Moss, I think, just wants to win now and he is really showing his talent. What a great pick up in hind sight.

It might actaully be the real John Fox. The level of football knowledge seems to match.
