    I guess I am just surprised at the reaction after an understood weak team loses to an understood dominant team? Why now? I didn't find anything shocking or unexpected about the outcome.

    The writing has been on the wall since the second preseason game about this team.

    No. But people do seem to be hitting the panic button because we lost to one of the better teams in the league.

    they havent done one thing that has made the team better since the super bowl... not one thing.

    people who arent in panic mode seem to be ignoring the obvious. and people can say "we're in 1st place", blah, blah, blah...and i'll say to you that we wont be there long, another week or two tops...

    If you want to give up on the season that's fine. But we can still make the playoffs, in fact I'd try and take a little optimism from the fact that we hung with colts for a half.

    Who's hitting the panic button? We were expected to lose to the Colts. Most folks are just tired of signing players that make minimal plays for maximum money (Kemo, and Morgan) and having few if any players drafted after rd one making any impact.

    I've realized it. I wouldnt care one bit about the Panthers if I didnt have to watch that shit on tv.
