    The Carolina Panthers announced QB David Carr had an arm transplant using a clone of Peyton Manning's arm as a model. Using only a needle and thread they expect Carr to excel in Week 5.

    I don't think the 3rd QB actually counts against your 45, but there's weird rules as to how he can get in the game.
