No, I called you retarded because you were saying that Julius was just hype and not a superstar. Like I pointed out with LT, Peppers isn't the only superstar off to a slow start. My speculation was that standing him up is actually making him more hesitant, a lot like he looked early during the '05 season. Whatever the case, he's definitely got some things to work on and he definitely needs to improve. Ditto for Jenkins.

quote me were I stated that (NOT just you putting the words you assume that I said in my mouth) and you'll get a damn cookie. Peppers is not worthy of all this "He's a superstar . . . He's a momentum turning stud" right now because SO FAR he is not all that the media continues to HYPE. I know that he is not "just hype". I know that he has superstar potential and every few games (or so) he displays that. Yes, we agree that he is getting off to a ssssssslow ass start. However, until he gets back to his dominate ways anyone has the right to object to all the blowage that peppers continues to receive regardless of his non-SUPERSTAR-like play currently.

Why don't you choose to ague something else REALLY REALLY vital like, the exact number that constitutes a handful you emotionally retarded ************. :gunsmilie:

Dude, you just said for the third time that Julius is not a superstar. You obviously want to have your cake and eat it too, but you can't. Make up your mind about what you want to say and then stand behind it. Otherwise, just keep your mouth shut. Julius is a superstar, he is not hype, and he is not playing up to his potential right now. Being or not being a superstar is not determined by someone's stats over three games.

You can argue with me, I guess, but you're going to have an even harder time arguing with yourself.

I can’t believe I’m about to do it but I am spending my final moments of “bored shitless time” to oblige you . . . Happy? But after this I have other stuff to do so you will have to go find another lil’ playmate, mmmmK?

#1) Do you, or any rational person in the media think peppers is currently “the greatest player on earth”, or even the greatest DE in the NFL? I do not . . . So I was saying (and still am) stop pushing him on the world like he’s great right now because he is not playing that way.

#2) And they DO consistently and incessantly praise peppers whether he is currently playing well below his own standard for a few games or not . . . So it’s a fact that he is currently over hyped. I have never said that he is “just hype” or “only hype” which is something that you continue to accuse me of.

#3) And in that very statement I am acknowledging that peppers is considered a superstar. Duh! his past earned him the title to begin with BUT . . . until he starts playing differently (in the PRESENT) I will continue to feel that he is unworthy of the constant praise while he continues to struggle.

if the above makes me some reprehensible wishy washy retard to you then hate on
That's all of my time and energy you get for now assbag:fuk2:

Who's better? Seriously. Freeney? One dimensional. Strahan? Old. Kearse? Injured.

He was generally considered the best defensive player in the league for at least half the season last year. Yeah, guys ride hype, but he's also getting beat up in the press recently. Example http://www.charlotte.com/panthers/story/291844.html

Of course his past earned him a title. 3 off games by LDT doesn't take away his title of "best RB in the NFL" nor does Kevin Curtis having a monster game Sunday make him the best WR in the league. If we were talking about his hype from 3 years ago, you'd have a case but he was being talked about as the best defensive player in football just last year.

Who's better CURRENTLY??? Plenty of DEs are playing better right now . . . Cole, Green, KGB AND Kampman, M Williams, Gathers, D. White . . . Hell, we all just saw how disruptive Abraham is at present.

I'm not debating the play of peppers LAST year, and it's good that someone has decided to jump off JP's jock (though that article is a lil' bit rash)

this is not about "last year", or 3 years ago. My case is against the peppers of the present. Presently he has not been playing well. It just hit me, why should I give a rat's ass how great you and Collin think peppers is right now . . . I SHOULDN'T so i pledge to try and tune you guys out in the future when you decide to defend him and/or ride his jock.

BTW - And please do not assume that i want to trade peppers for any of the above . . . I simply want the man to came back from his three week vacation and play up to his potential. I am not just going to pucker up to his ass when he isn't playing well and praise him as the greatest ever because of his talent and his past.

No, he's just an idiot. First he claims that Peppers is hyped and not a superstar and then once he finds out that no one agrees with him, he pitches a tantrum and pretends that I somehow misquoted him.
