You are, but like I said, it didn't rank in the top 25 as far as concerns go.

Go back through last season's excuses and you'll see constant reference to; "if Keyshawn could catch...if Colbert could catch....if our recievers made plays" in refernce to why Jake's throws weren't finding their target. "The Philly interception was somehow Key's fault", etc. Just pointing out there is a common denominator in all these "reciever shoulda caught it" situations.

That argument doesn't fly when the ball hits them in the hands.

Jake's not perfect - no QB is. But he is completing over 66% of his passes and is currently in the top 10 in the NFL in every major passing stat except for YPA, including being 4th in passer rating.

I'm sure some of you morons were the ones calling for Weinke last year

no there isn't. Key had a couple key drops in critical games, sure. Every receiver has some drops, but most of them have done something positive, too. Colbert's now dropped as many as he's caught. Suddenly the "told you so's" about Colbert are dying off again now that he's being outplayed by Carter, who shouldn't be starting either.

We know you rail on Jake at every chance, if you really want to "peel the onion deeper." :detective:
