I thought it was interesting that Jake said post game it was nice to know the game plan the first of the week so that everyone was on the same page. I'm not knocking Henning, but tiny little comments have kept coming out from various guys that make you wonder.

Except for that play where he looked like a blocking sled.

You could definitely see a difference with the offense. They seemed to all be on the same page and working towards the same goal. Last year was more like an NBA offense where you give the ball to the star and hope he can make something out of it.

the first scripted drive made a difference too - of course, it took a while to match that intensity later, which was disappointing. That, the audibles, the increased options for protections/outlets, they're nice. There are some things that just seem like they needed to get updated, apparently.

also, Kemo gets a bad wrap at times because he's really not going to be playing the 2-gap stuff and all that, and one play of getting stomped doesn't mean 60 plays. But it's disappointing to see it even once, doubleteam or not. At that size he shouldn't get pushed around so much, but part of it seems to be that he's overplaying the one gap type stuff instead of driving his man. He's able, undoubtedly.

It's also disappointing to see that he and Hartwig each had some very negative plays, and with Keyshawn gone the 2006 money we spent could be working out for us better, sure.

Yep. Read between the line on that comment and you see that one of Henning's problems was that he didn't see the importance of getting the O to buy into the game plan.
