I thought the new offense was a vast improvement over last season. It was nice to see us play with a like we had a plan rather than hope for a big play. Deke Cooper was better than I expected.

St. Louis really didn't challenge our safeties or try anything over the deep middle. I thought it was a horribly, horribly called game by the Rams' coaches.

    Game Balls Week 1

I was on the road and had to listen to it on the radio who impressed

    Good
    Jake with 3 touchdowns
Offensive line seemed to have protected well
We have a TE in our offense

    Bad.
Seems like he gave up 2 pass interference calls?
    Kemo?

Offense: Smith- his TD put the dagger in.
Defense: Rams coaches- called an awful game, thank you for not throwing to the TE.
ST: Marshall- works as hard on ST as he does at being a good corner.

Also anyone notice Anderson wearing a headset on the sidelines?

    Smitty, for being Smitty.

Jenkins, for his game-winning hit on Marc Bulger.

Jason Baker, for his big fucking punts.

    honerable mentions:

Marshall, Jake, King, Geep Chryst, Kalil, Moorehead, Deke Cooper.

the Game Turd goes to Kemo

Anyone else want to talk about this or was I the only one who thought that the Rams did a horrible job? That's the main reason I'm just pleased and not giddy about this performance.

seems to be a given that the Rams will play stupid regardless of the coach

I don't remember them challenging us deep, they didn't involve McMichael that much, and with Hall as the 3rd receiver, they weren't going to abuse us there compared to Bennett. That's been a knock on Olson, their OC, ever since they gave him the reins (after the last Carolina/St.Louis game).
