I have that router. I also have Vonage. Don't expect to us it as a fax line. Otherwise, no issues really. There's not much customer service, but mine works most of the time. TWC has begun to throttle bandwidth hogs. They claim it's an issue with this specific router coupled with the modem they gave me. Comcast is doing the same thing.

I've been a Vonage customer since 2004. At first, the sound quality sucked big time, but that hasn't been an issue for months. I have a phone and fax line.

Just recently, my Linksys router (from Vonage) died. I called tech support and after an hour they confirmed it had died. They transferred me to sales to sell me a new router. I explained to them my company would not reimburse me for hardware. I told them repeatedly that if they couldn't send me a free router, I would switch to Bellsouth. They finally sent me a refurb linksys. They said I would receive it last Monday... didn't get it until this weekend.

Long story short- It's an ok service. I like that you can go online and forward calls and and such. It's called Vonage Dashboard.

I recently canceled my vonage. Poor sound quality and it would cut in and out all together (like a cell phone) when I was downloading things. Every time the phone would ring I would have to run to the computer to pause all torrents, etc. Switched to TW digital phone which has been good so far.... slightly more expensive but worth it.
