Vick Plea Deal Falling Apart?

Is Vick attempting to get the part about him not gambling, or not taking any of the winnings, put into the record as fact? If the judge lets that pass the people are getting conned.

Anyhow, Vick found himself a real silver tongued devil in Billy Martin.

 

They just suspended him indefinitely to be reviewed upon completion of the trial.

I am anxious to hear the judge's ruling, since funding an interstate gambling ring is a RICO violation. If Goodell allows him to play again, he will have seriously degraded his reputation for upholding a higher set of standards.

I just realized that we can’t look forward to going up against the Atlanta Vicks twice a year anymore. As a football player he was the bane of this organization for a short while. It’s hard to feel good about the concept that we might stand a better chance of a couple of W’s in light of this news. It’s like finding out right before your kids little league game that your team wins by default because the other teams bus just crashed.

I'm pissed off about the Federal Govt accepting a plea deal. I think they should throw the full indictment at him.

 

The Feds gave up some to get some. Yeah, he got off lighter than he could have but now he has to provide whatever info he has on other operations. I'm sure that, in the 6+ years that he was playing this game, he dealt with many other groups, buying , selling, & breeding dogs not to mention fighting. He gets to tell all about it and testify against them if they come to court.

I read that, and it is revealing... it reveals how Vick became such a piece of shit. His father.

This man asked Vick for a million dollars, then $600,000, and then probably tried to blackmail Vick by testifying against him. He hasn't worked in years, lives in an apartment paid for by Vick, and has battled multiple addictions in the past.

In takes more than a sperm desposit to feel entitled to a percentage of your son's fortunes.

And now he is talking about writing a damaging "tell all" book. I hope it doesn't sell a single copy.
