According to ESPN, Vick won't admit to killing dogs or gambling on dogfights, which might kill his whole plea agreement.

Why in the world would he think this was a good idea?

He still wants to play football...Lets face it we all know Vick to be a little slow to pick-up ideas Hell he probably still thinks he can play this year.

Vick has spent the last few days listening to people making excuses for him and making demands he be allowed to play again. In his mind, this means he can sway a jury as well. Problem for him is that he's inviting both the Feds and the state of Virginia to now hit him with every charge under the Sun. I'm afraid he's gonna be looking back in about 15-20 years wondering what his stupid ass is still doing rotting in jail when he could have gotten out after a year-year and a half. Couldn't happen to a more fitting person.

i didn't think he was ever going to plead guilty to that stuff. i thought all he was supposed to plead to were dogfighting charges.

Maybe he didn't kill any dogs or gamble. It is possible.

I could buy that he didn't personally kill any dogs, but not in a 100 years would I believe he didn't gamble.

It sounds like they are just going to leave those aspects out of his statement of facts in his plea. That will require the State of Virginia to prove its animal cruelty case rather than simply pointing at his plea agreement. It also will not give a solid ground for a lifetime gambling suspension.
