Jarrett doesn't seem "hollywood" at all. Where the fuck did that come from?

He's from Jersey, for fuck's sake.

Where are you people getting this shit from? If you don't like the guy as a football player, fine, but don't just take shots at someone's character for no reason. I don't see what he's done here to piss you off. Rookie wideouts usually don't step right in and live up to expectations, so you'll have to be a little patient. Maybe he wasn't the most motivated student at USC, but I'd like to wait a few months until we start making these kind of judgements about the guy.

The only thing I can think of is a thread I saw at panthershuddle that claimed he was going out alot to the clubs around town and doing alot of partying. That must have been before camp if it had any truth to it.

I haven't seen anything here or in the media to support any of these claims though.

Yeah, I read the article about him going home for the game last week, I know where he's from. Being from Jersey doesn't preclude "hollywood-ness".

I saw a recent interview, he seemed hollywood to me. Mannerisms, speech, attitude. Trying to come off as cool, a strong element of arrogance. YMMV, that's how I took it.

I don't remember where I saw the clip.

I mentioned at the time of the draft that I had read about Jarrett being difficult to coach and a mammoth ego. Supposedly Pete Carroll was not at all sad to see him leave early. That's not to say that he's already a bust, because we knew he wasn't pro ready, but he certainly needs an attitude adjustment.
