Robert Griffith wouldn't be a bad idea, if just for a year.

Has he been dinged lately? I know he's about 61 years old.

TE isn't a major concern. We can go get Jolley. Or we can just keep sucking there. That's a choice.

Safety? We still need someone for the future, at the least. Now. You can't just choose to be shitty on defense at certain spots.

The draft itself? Great. Needs? Curious.

I didn't think Griffith was terrible last year. Arizona just wanted to go young at that position, and brought in Torry Holt's kid brother.

He is a little old, and bit too much like Minter. :wheelchair:

Well, :shit: . We didn't take either a TE or S with our first pick in the 5th. A FB?????? WTF?

EDIT: The draft tracker on ESPN.com lists him as a TE but then when ESPN on tv showed the selection, he was listed as a FB. I'm confused now.

I'd agree 100%. I'm guessing the Safeties they had targetted fell before they picked and the ones available were ranked another round lower when they picked. It makes it hard, but no question a guy will need to be signed. I'm leaning towards Vincent as a stopgap.
