    I saw on ESPN last night something about the Argonauts (?) having exclusive rights to Harrington. I don't know what bearing that has on any potential NFL contract(s) that Joey could sign. Sorry, I don't have a link; I tried to find one before I posted, but no luck.

    No, it just means if he goes to play for the CFL he plays for them.
