    He may have a terrible record in the playoffs, but he sure has a great record in getting them there. Not many coaches have his record of taking different teams to the playoffs. Also, the man is a player's coach. At his age, that is unheard of. He knows how to relate and motivate the young guys which is certainly his strength.

    Just wanted to note that Shot going 14-2 and getting fired is complete BULLSHIT...although we haven't heard a great deal of players defending him???
