    catching the employees coming out of their grocery store after work and asking them for their autographs; saying, "you are my favorite".

    I can't recall any other commercial featuring sports celebs that make them look like the average fan.

    I like the Hertz commercial where he's running through the airport, jumping over chairs and whatnot. that is downright hilarity

    Funny, my wife and I have used that expression for years...course none of our kids have actually tried it...they know what we mean. Anyone have any idea where the expression came from? I quick google search resulted in nothing but maybe if you know of a origins of says website? Just curious.

    i recall hearing Smitty use it in 2003 after he got hit in the leg (or something) after the Arizona game.

    I think rubbing dirt on a skinned knee helps soak up the little bit of standing blood. stop the bleeding, get back in the game.
