Pretty classless of Brady to leave the field without speaking to anyone, but I think Belichick was worse. Peyton tried to shake hands and Belichick moved around him without stopping.

Bellichick is developing a rep for being a sore loser. His post game didn't make it any better, either.

Kudos to Dungy, happy for Manning, gonna try to forget that Bill Polian exists.

Think after that ridiculous drop from Reche Caldwell - on the play ehere he was completely uncovered - the Pats might be willing to admit they should have paid Deion Branch?

    no.

WRs didn't lose the game. If the game could have gone for 2 more quarters and no telling who would have won. That game was anyones to win.

I think Branch would have made a difference, especially on that play.

The 2006 Pats were essentially the 2003 Eagles: Good QB, good run game, receivers that don't scare anybody.

No, but that was a bad drop, and Caldwell had two. Gaffney made a nice play to earase one.

Pats D was obviously winded and worn down. Several guys had the flu, they were missing Harrison, Seymour looked like death warmed over. And their linebackers didn't tackle or pursue well, which is odd for the Pats.

I'm think they think they should have had a better alternative to replace him. Branch hasnt played like a 6 mil a year WR in Seattle.

I'll grant that Branch didn't set the league on fire, but he was better than anything the Pats had.

They definitely needed to do better than the all-Gator crew. Maybe they bought into that hype that it didn't matter who they had at receiver as long as Brady was throwing it to them.

He didn't speak to anyone. Immediately when the teams started coming onto the field, Brady made a beeline for the locker room. It actually looked like Peyton kept looking for Brady, not realizing he had already left the field.
