    At some point, repeatedly poor personnel decisions will come back to haunt you. I think thats where we stand right now, just not very talented, much of it due to decisions our FO has made.

    Well I hope that Fox can turn it around. I'm not so sure about Henning....and less everyday for Trgovac. Our forté is that we're a 'tough running team, and stout against the run'. We're neither. Same argument all season - trying to push square pegs through round holes.

    Unless we go apeshit the last two games, I don't see how Henning can come back and still command the respect of the offense.

    I really don't care who is steering the ship as long as we're winning.

    Henning's system works if he has the right pieces....so we're back to square one: can we get him the parts, fuck around trying to get him the parts, or work with the high-price FA's that we already have? Which end do we cut our losses and move on?

    As far as I am concerned, our offence, as it currently stands, is about 70% dead weight.

    Delhomme has been the heart of this team since he got the start in Jacksonville.

    As much as he's sucked this year, I forgot that we always have a chance. We had no chance down by 17 with Weinke.

    If I know it, the team does, too.

    the thing is, we've had some talented offensive pieces. And throughout it, we've been in the top half of the league offensively once. And that was 13th.

    If all it takes is talent, anybody could coordinate. It'd be like Madden.

    No, I don't think Fox has lost this team. I just think he's losing his players to injury.

    A couple of weeks ago (against Washington I think) Marshall intercepted a pass at the begining of the third QTR. it was nulified by a BS personal fould penalty against #90. they showed the a shot of the players on the sideline and you could see the wind had gone out of their sales. I'll be forever convinced that they quit at that point.

    Fox has certainly lost this team.
