    At this point, I wouldn't be shocked if he's out for the year.

    Might as well take a look at Basanez. What's to know about Weinke that they don't already know after four years with him?

    An undrafted rookie quarterback thrown into action against James Farrior and Joey Porter? No thank you. I'll take my chances with Weinke, if it indeed comes to that.

    Yeah, he never faced a situation where he played a good defense before, playing in the Big Ten and all...OSU and Michigan are two of the worst programs in the NCAA.:kenny:

    So you don't think there's much of a difference between the Big 10 and the NFL?

    Not shitting on Basanez, but he has NEVER faced the team speed that he would have to face on Sunday. Everything closes faster. You think a player is wide open, but you end up throwing into a linebacker and a safety. Remember what happened when we threw Fasani into the fire against Tampa Bay? I'm not saying that Brett would have a 0.0 passer rating, but I doubt he would do much better.
