Amen, seems like every Cincy play was designed to exploit our shitty LB's.

Minter looked old out there tho, i'll agree with that. Seems like he's coming late to everything and missing tackles. Maybe the shitty LB play made the safeties look more vulnerable than they really are.

The Corners had some chances, maybe another day we get those. That 4th and 1 was a killer tho. Gamble looked like he had it defended, just a great thro and incredible catch.

We just didnt take advantage of the first half TOP and field position. We should have rung up 21 on them at least. But no, we waited for them to strike back before we realised we were only up by 7.

Dont know what happened second half at all, we really mailed that in.

a good example of a clueless celebrity who is listening to his suckup hanger-oners. “Yeah, CJ! That blonde mohawk looks GREAT on you!”

99 of 100 people are thinking “that dumbass hairdo looks like he had a chunk of bad carpet remnant glued to his head”

Gantt said he thinks that's so. He said he would look better with a better player in front of him, who can cover the deep middle. He may have also been talking about the other S.

I haven't seen the whole film yet but from what I've seen, I think the defense just got gassed because the O couldn't sustain any drives. Plus if CIN ran a no-huddle offense, that would've gassed them even more than the 1-2-3-kick routine our O was showcasing.

I'm really tired of hearing complaints about poor linebacker play. I'm believing more and more that Flajole needs to go. We've got talent at LB, but it's not being coached to its full potential. Most of the problems seem to be poor tackling and bad decision making. Both of those problems should be correctable by good coaching, but it hasn't. It's been poor since Mills started handing over coaching duties back in late '03, and especially '04.

Please don't let Collin hear you say that using the no-huddle gases the D. He will blow a fuse (even though he is wrong AGAIN).

Oh shit, look at this one: :newsmile1:

No, and once again you show your usual stupidity. Honestly man, you are just incredibly dumb. Like Retard of the Week award dumb. As I explained to you repeatedly yesterday, I did not say that the no huddle doesn't tire the defense, I said that it tires both the defense and the offense. The reason the no huddle isn't nearly as effective against us as most teams is that we rarely substitute, so our guys are used to being on the field all the time anyway. The whole point behind running no huddle is that you prevent substitutions, but we don't use those that often anyway, so it's much, much less effective against us than most teams.

Im not so sure that we do, at least pertaining to our starting 3 that were out there Sunday. Granted Davis was out and Andersons a rookie and Diggs is new. Draft is certaintly serviceable but is he really starting MLB material? That of course kinda raises the old Morgan/Spoon debate again.

I still dont know how Chirciu is hanging around much the same as others that have lasted.

I kinda question the whole Defensive long term plan too. Rucker seems to have been much less a factor since his heart problems and i kinda questioned Minters extension. Its nice to have a player start and finish his career here and all. But ive gotta wonder if Youth is needed at Safety and DE. Its not like those positions are hard to fill thru the draft either.

In theory, much less effective against us. Looked pretty effective yesterday.

CC, we did draft McClover for the future, and we did draft Salley @ S (though it doesn't look like much of a pick).

    and in general,

I see where Williams got his name in the paper for a game high 9 tackles but he didn't look too good to me yesterday.

I think Draft is okay, but he isn't good enough to make up for the guy next to him sucking. Rather than raising the other guy's level of play, he seems to drop to it. Of course that's normal for most people.
