Where is your team this year? They didn't show up against the Chargers last night. Roethlisberger is having to throw alot more, and he is making mistakes.

Belichek exposed him a long time ago. Stop the run and make Ben beat you...and that's when Pit had a running game. Now they are getting dominated at the line of scrimmage and Ben has no chance. He can't read defenses like Manning and Brady and his hot reads are brutal.

You would think that getting bounced off the windshield of a car would have cleared Roethlisberger's head. Maybe he is still foggy from the anesthesia from the apendectemy...

I still would. Anyone who judges a QB based on a couple of games against tough defenses after coming back from an accident and an appendectomy instead of his two previous years of work is pretty dumb.

I'm just curious, where are all the steeler fans that had been posting here before the season? Typical of thier fans, when they suck they dissappear like cockroaches when the light comes on. If they win they roll out of the wood work and thump thier chests about the "greatest franchise of all time". Most of these "fans" grew up during the hay-day of the 70's when they were year in and year out in contention, so they hitched they're wagon to a winner. When they lose however, the passion dissappears and they go back to thier normal pastimes like watching bowling, or professional wrestling.

Cinci is a tough defense? They are ranked 25th in total D, 15th in Passing, and they picked him off 3 times.

What was his excuse in the SB when he set the record for lowest QB rating ever at 26? I think that was before any of these tragic events you described.

Bottom line...his "slump" goes back to before the accident.

I don't like to call it a slump, more like he has been exposed as the beneficiary of a dominant offensive and defensive line the past 2 seasons.
