By the way, he's another double team block showing the same technique as Birk and Hutchinson showed. I guess those Notre Dame guys know less about proper technique than you do, huh?

Nope. You wanted a pic, there's a pic. That's executed as I was taught.

Their feet aren't driving at angles so far apart, but it's not ideal. Gasp - you mean something in a game might not be executed perfectly? OMGLOLZ!

It's a pic from a drill where the linemen are already lined up shoulder to shoulder instead of having to converge on a DT. I was asking about a pic from an actual game, although I concede that I wasn't specific about that. Now that I am specific, I'd like to see if you can find one because I'm betting that you can't.
They're at very similar angles to Birk and Hutchinson, because that what happens in actual games. You were just being a dick and trying to quibble about something ridiculous.

After all, they didn't have to come all the way over from the two foot split away, as far as you know.

    imperfect technique? Sure.

so when I was being bitched at by my line coach, ten years ago, that was all about you? ROFL :gaga:

No, you were bitched at by your line coach because you sucked (I played OT as well). Your line coach wouldn't think that Birk and Hutchinson were using bad technique, however.

By the way, I'm still waiting on the game pic. I'm guessing you're not going to come up with one because they just confirm what I've been saying all along.

This was at guard. But no, I was pushed almost hip to hip and told to push in the same direction. That's how it's taught. Your suggestion of convergence isn't material.

Or I gave you one, you didn't like it, and that's just how that's going to be.

Either your memory or sucks or your coach was a fucking retard. No one teaches double teams hip to hip. That's ridiculous.
You gave one from a drill, and it isn't even clear there. I gave two from actual games with players who should actually know what they're doing and they both showed the same technique. Guess which one of us has more credibility on the subject.

No, it's not, and I said "almost hip to hip". Just as always before, as pushing in the same direction, not at angles.

It's clear where they're driving, but nice try.

Ooh, ooh, let me guess. It's the one that goes around calling people liars to try to win arguments! 'collin's credible, just ask him'. :gaga:

Well I don't lie, I give picture evidence, and I know my stuff. You ... uhm ... do something, I'm sure.
