Evidence, proof, whatever. It was a damn designed play.

You would be out $100. As I pointed out above, Fox doesn't require approval for Henning to run a flea flicker or for Trgovac to run a sell out blitz. He trusts his coaches to handle that. And his reaction to the play is a pretty good indication that he didn't approve it. Even more damning to me than the "WTF?" was the fact that he wouldn't even talk to Gamble when he pulled him out of the game.

You would be out $100? That's awfully presumptuous.

My definition of "out of the ordinary play" doesn't include blitzes of flea flickers, Collin.

It would be plays like that and the timing, onside kicks, going for it of 4th and _______, etc.

I think you'd have to prove something first, but no, I didn't lie. The coach carries a headset for just this reason. He has input on whatever he wants input on. He knew about, and could've vetoed, this play. There's generally no "mother, may I" on standard plays, but he has input on at the least, if not outright control over, all "special" plays.

every play goes by his ear. He's involved on what we intend to do that week, and what we practice, as well. That Trgovac has to ask him to run flip cover 3 every play, no. That Fox doesn't have input, no.

    Indeed, but I'm correct.
I don't see how a flea flicker can be considered that different from a trick punt return.

Crossman does not have a headset, however. He is not in the booth and does not radio in his calls. ;)

I'm not arguing collin, since you are correct. Hell, I'm prolly just lying about my opinion anyway as far as you are concerned.

If you can't see a differece between a flee flicker and the play that was called yesterday, then you really aren't as smart as you think you are, or I think you are for that matter.

True enough, I guess. Scotty O had one. Doesn't mean he wouldn't have checked with Fox first. There's no way "what the fuck was that" was the only reaction that Fox would've given and there's absolutely no way they would've called that without Fox knowing. And the whole "practiced it all week" thing.

And again, how did you "prove" that Fox doesn't have the ability to hear all the O and D calls? If it's the wordgame of "Crossman doesn't have a headset therefore Fox doesn't veto his calls", that fails.

Shit, mag, if I'dda called the damn play and the same result happened, I think I'dda yelled "What the fuck was that" myself.

And either way collin's correct. John Fox did not call the play that was executed and the one we ultimately witnessed on the field, for sure.

I figure Crossman has one on next week.
