Normally I hate the "best college team could beat the worst NFL team" thing, but I'm pretty sure Indiana could go at least 1-2 against the Week 18 Jets, Raiders, and Chiefs.

I'm a big harbaugh guy but John also got easy mode with team leadership showing up with lewis and reed on the roster. a team like miami has the opposite of that.

My favorite stat is still the Panthers having three consecutive playoff seasons but no consecutive winning seasons.

Panthers have the chance to get 2 wins (a first) as a losing record playoff team before back to back winning seasons.

Yeah, they never seem to have a counter punch to the defenses counter punch. Maybe because they're one of the last practitioners of the system where you script plays. Bad starts tend to stay bad. That Lions NFC Championship game is the only time I've seen them come back from a big deficit.

I don't remember this happening to his dad much* but Shanny jr offense is like a nuclear reactor when its working its one of the most efficient but when it goes wrong it's catastrophic.

*look at some of those post elway QBs he was eeking playoff appearances out of. the 1000yd RBs were hardly the miracle

The toughest matchup might be whichever team is the five seed, and we would get them at home. You sneak past that game I think all bets are kind of off. I'm trying to keep that out of my mind because they still have to get past this weekend, but I'm kind of with you about this playoff field.
