The game is no longer the most important thing. They sanitized it to oblivion. It's like going to chain steakhouse it's simultaneously great but also you could get it in any city. No texture. no friction.

Kind of depressing how little the typical NFL consumer remembers about the previous year's Super Bowl. These games used to stick in people's memories for years. Even I barely remember last year's game, just the teams and the fact that it was a blowout.
