Warner started, peppers and him dove for a fumble at the same time and pep landed on kurt's elbow knocking him out for the game and putting Tim 'Artichokes' Rattay in the game. This is the 3rd post saying as much. Charlotte.com had a pic at the 'moment of impact' but since they redid the site its gone

huh. OK. I guess I forgot that, and didn't notice the Warner attempts when I looked at it earlier.

My only real concern is whether we can get some pressure on Warner. If he has all day to throw he will pick us apart eventually.

there's 32 starting QB's on earth... any one of them will pick you apart eventually if they have all day to throw

True, but Warner and his weapons can be purty lethal and very high scoring if they have all day.

Getting ahead on them means being able to control the ball to keep them from going into a dangerous all-pass mode. If they throw a bunch up there, the more they can throw p there is the more that will stick.

Two upsides to that theory, though - we can run on them, and their line isn't great so we can pressure them. They're not a dumpoff team so blitzing could actually matter.

Warner don't get away from pressure that well with his feet (like say, Garcia), but does make quick throws to get out of it if he can (especially if he knows he's gonna get blitzed before the snap).

We've had some great opportunities vs the pass, if anyone could catch.

Last year, could you say the same for David Carr?
