Ok, I promise no BS here. Here...

How good is it? How would you rate it against vs the rest of the NFL? Against the Texans I thought it was pretty impressive (in the short amount of time), particularly the LB play (no brainer). Anyone care to elaborate on your DL? Interior and exterior? Can you add anything else?

I only ask because we have you guys week 1. Trying to get a good luck at some match ups etc...

Our #1 front seven lineup, including second DL rotations as applicable, are arguably one of the best in the league. Not sure about gameplanning, scheming, etc. by the new DC. The #2/backups suck.

I thought so as well. Unfortunately for us, our interior OL is the shits. Tackle ain't much better. Carlos Hyde is like a video game boxing character named "Glass Joe." Lots of concern there.

Very thin at linebacker, and Short is the only DT who can rush the passer. I'd call it a boarderline top 10 front 7, on the strength of the starters.

The two ILB's (Davis and Keuchley) cover up a lot of interior DL flaws. It seems, however, that your interior DL guys can play as well.

Who is the big DL player that got hurt against Houston? I thought that guy was pretty good. Can't remember his name or number.

He's a big guy but he's raw. Needs to work on his fundamentals. I really liked him coming out of Tech.

Now I can't remember if Fitzsimmons went to Tech or State. I don't feel like looking it up.
