I'd like to know more about all that. Besides the blow up in Week 3 or 4, how many blow ups have there been? And how do we know LT wasn't being a little pissy about whatever was going on? Most people think it must be Rivers because they hate Rivers already. And most people hate Rivers because he had some success at State and State fans were being asses about it. Up until lately, I don't think Rivers himself gave anybody reason to hate him.

So what else is there to that whole situation?

I'd say Scott Kooistra is doing pretty well as a starter for Seattle. And don't forget about Shane Montogomery.

State inferiority to what or whom exactly?

Sure, but there were several throws he made in that game that put him above-average as an NFL QB. I think he'd be nuts to want out of San Diego because of all the talent. Then again, what great QB does well even when he's nothing around him?

I like Rivers. I like Manning too, but I think the Chargers go down next week. Favre and Brady in the Super Bowl. Should be a good one.

According to Phil Simms (WFNZ Interview) Rivers has always been this way. In college he had a reputation with opposing players, fans and the refs for shit talking and Amato got alot of warning from the refs about him.
