LOL.....He kept saying it was the greatest day of his radio career. Everytime he said it I was thinking, of course, every call and everything said is about you. Good riddance you pinheaded douche.

 

He can now use his stellar radio talents when broadcasting " Cashier to station 6" in his new Walmart gig.


It is truly glorious he is finally gone.

Here one day, you glow about the place you are at for awhile (I love CLT!!!!), and then the next day your gone to the next market (CBS Radio in Atlanta/680AM The Fan . . . I had to do a little digging to find out where he was going next)**

**What's the big deal in not announcing where you are going next if its with the same company (CBS Radio) ? ? ? ?

So what is WFNZ's next move? I would love to see GerryV back in town (with the Hornets coming back next year and them being the flagship station, it would be a smart move) but I don't think DJ 'The Suit' Stout (WFNZ Ops Manager) would do that move. We'll probably either get another CBS Radio Jock from a smaller market looking to move up or a couple of ESPN U TV guys from down in Ballantyne to make the jump . . .

 

PS: In his closing remarks yesterday, I thought I heard Marc James saying he never had any love for UGA Sports (he might've gone there for college) . . . . Hmmmmmm, isn't the ATL a huge UGA Market? Im sure the minute he turns his mike on down on 680 THE FAN he is going to be kissing their ass big time !!!!!!!!!!
