    Gold’s Gym Weight Bench with attachments for preacher curl, leg curl, leg extension, and lat pull-down. Inclines from flat to almost vertical and also declines. Also includes spare/replacement parts for bench positioning.

    Weight bars:
    •1 – ~6ft straight bar w/ quick release clamps
    •1 – ~5ft straight bar w/ plastic clamps
    •1 - ~5ft straight bar w/ spinner clamps
    •1 – curl bar w/ spinner clamps
    •2 – Dumbbell bars w/ spinner clamps

    346 lbs. total weight w/ weight tree:
    •2 – 25lb steel
    •4 – 10lb steel
    •6 – 5lb steel
    •4 – 3lb steel
    •8 – 13lb steel (homemade-looking but still effective)
    •6 – 15lb plastic
    •2 – 10lb plastic

    Bulky one, too. That's why it's gotta go.

    Truth is, I never use it. We have a gym at work that I go to. And I want the space in my office so I can make it a real office.


    In fact, I also have a treadmill I wanna get rid of... Free.
