I'm sick of people bitching about us winning yesterday and dropping our draft position from 11 to 16. We don't play to lose, and I don't want us to start. DJ Moore was available at 24 last year, and he looks like he's going to be pretty good. We'll get a stud at 16, and we would have gotten one at 11, or at 32.

I don't want to ever hear that we're tanking for picks. That's what they do in Cleveland, and how did that work out for them? Every person that calls himself or herself a Panthers fan should have been thrilled to watch us dismantle the Saints in the first half yesterday. If you weren't, you're probably just a FF junkie with a couple of Panthers t-shirts. Go away.

EDIT: I know that I should stay away from some of those other sites, but I get bored...

There are so few people here why would you tell anyone to go away?
I like it when the Panthers win, but I don`t scream and cuss for it to happen.
I don`t own any Panthers` clothing nor will I get upset when they lose.
I don`t play any of that fantasy horseshit.
I`ll also pull for local teams in all sports, but it doesn`t do my nerves any good to get too attached.
It would have done them more benefit to lose yesterday for 5 draft positions.
What was the last stud at 16 the Panthers drafted?
btw, how did that Browns game end up for the panthers this year?

So rah rah all you want. Swing the dicks and crow about a meaningless win.

Don't go away @dig-it, I'm ranting about the losers on Facebook, CSR, and Reddit that think tanking is acceptable.

I want offensive line help. I've been screaming for it for years. It's not a sexy pick but 1st Rd oline help reaps benefits. See Indy and Dallas as examples.

Another mock has the Panthers taking...

    16. Carolina Panthers

    Deionte Thompson, S, Alabama

The Panthers should be thrilled if Thompson falls to them, more for the position he plays than his talent. They had some of the worst safety play in the NFL in 2018, mostly in awful coverage of tight ends. Thompson (6-2, 196 pounds) is the rangy playmaker they need to clean up against the pass, and he’s solid in run support, too.

I would be shocked if Hurney drafts a Safety in the first.
