    Washington is really close to having a not-just-good-but-great defense. All they need is a playmaker at inside linebacker and one more edge rusher. I know a lot of Washington fans are nervous about Cousins hitting the open market, but I don't think he's worth anything close to what he'll get. The prior GM may have inadvertently helped the team by botching that whole thing. They'll be a very interesting team to monitor next offseason.

    The redskins need a bruiser RB to compliment 25 and they'd be real dangerous. If they had two great pass rusher, they might be devastating.

    Washington did clinch something today: At six losses, they've become the only team over the last 25 years to not win 11 games in a season.
