    He gets flagged or fucks up every fourth punt play.

    Yeah, its a very small sample size (8 targets), but he's been a very small bright spot so far. He also downed a punt inside the five, fwiw. Hopefully he gets the start over Sanchez or Worley once Bradberry is back in the fold.

    Yeah, the INT is why he has a good rating and that one was absolutely gift-wrapped by Brees. Williams was nowhere near Cooks, but Brees air-mailed it over the top for an easy interception. I'm all for playing him because there's no realistic hope that Sanchez ever becomes a competent corner, but the biggest upside to Williams playing defense is that maybe he's too tired to fuck something up on special teams.

    For some reason, I had thought McClain had been playing alright, but he's also been alarmingly bad. There are no good options at that position.
