I'm not talking about how powerful the ACC is compared to anyone. And I'll agree that the SEC is the most powerful.

But for me, I talk it up about NCSU because I'm an alumni. Did either of you, Piper, geaux, Bear actually attend and graduate from UT, LSU, or Bama?

absolutely..I have much more respect for someone that roots for the school they attended than a bandwagon fan. You are good in my book Math.

Man, I wish I had read that before I went to be last night. Thanks.:D

  8. Actually, MathMajors

I did attend LSU (didn't graduate - kind of hard to pass when you're too intoxicated). When I sobered up I decided I needed a quality education and moved to NC (BSBA in MIS). SEC sports - unbeatable... SEC education - highly questionable.

    That's the damn truth.

I was going to UT, as my Dad did and wanted me to. But I went to ETSU, to be closer to my girlfriend.

It was the right thing, for the wrong reason. UT environmental program went to hell during that time period, while ETSU's program is highly respected in that area.
