    Were it up to me I'd have tacked a year on and said playoffs next year you can tack on 4 more at top 10 pay. Anyhow, he earned it.

    I think two years would have been enough. Three years feels excessive.

    4 years for 11.2 mil. Average 2.8 per Pearson. I guess 4th is team option. Good deal for team

    Personally I doubt riverboat ron finishes the deal. This year was an aberration. We still need to clean up a lot of cap shit left by Hurney not to mention rebuild a crap offensive line and resign Cam

    I'm seeing it's worth between 4-5 million per year. 2.8 mil sounds too good to be true.


    I'm not going to assume anything about how long he lasts. My hope is that he coaches here for over a decade and wins a couple of Super Bowls.

    The 11. 2 is for the original deal.

    Hell Ron will make 20 mil give or take from coaching the Panthers.
