RAL Soccer fans happy that CLT MLS Expansion bid is falling apart?

    Memo to RAL folks: So lets get this straight . . . The only way you guys in RAL think your MLS Expansion bid will win is if CLT bid falters? And I thought RAL was suppose to be a true major league city now . . . . . Tsk, tsk, tsk :) :) :) !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    I can't remember lately when folks in CLT actually gave 2 rips what happend in RAL (outside of the NC Legislature screwing us out of road money . . . Ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh :) :) :) !!!!!!!!!) . . . . . We're busy trying to compete with ATL/MIA/DC . . . . You guys are still trying to pull away from Richmond/Norfolk/Birmingham and other 2nd tier Southern Cities. Maybe if the other MLS Expansion bid fizzle you guys will be awarded an expansion team . . . and chances of that happening are starting to shrink as the other cities are getting their stadium deals in order . . . . . . .

    I love Raleigh, but it is in no way a "major league" city. They should just stay in their lane and continue making what they have top notch. I would love to live there!
