Potato Soup

    30 oz frozen hasbrowns
    1 large onion chopped
    3 cans chicken broth
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    8 oz cream cheese
    put in large crock pot combine all ingredients except cream cheese
    cook on low 5 hours
    add cream cheese and cook for 30 minutes
    stir occasionaly.

    Spoon into bowls add shredded cheddar cheese/ bacon bits/green onion etc.

    Never thought about using frozen hashbrowns. Talking about the shredded ones?

    hmmm... i just made some saturday, no real recipe... just boiled some potatos in small pieces, drained.... added whole milk, whipping cream, evap milk, pepper, butter, salt, pepper, dried chives, celery seed, pepper, bay leaves, and some chopped onion.... brought to boil and then simmered for about 3 hours. I used a potato masher in the soup to thicken it up

    served with fresh chopped chives, chopped bacon, shredded cheese and sour cream... and of course, more black pepper

    i love me some potato soup

    shouldn't you be out promoting some musician you don't really know? oh and provide updates on venues about every 4 hours please.
